As you rest at the four-way stop in downton Odessa, make sure to stop long enough to enjoy the hard work of Girl Scout Troop #1546. The girls spent their Friday afternoon taking down the Christmas themed decorations on the trees in the pots at this intersection and decorating for Valentine's Day. The trees were purchased by the Chamber of Commerce and the Tree Board to bring a bit of deocration to the downtown district. The girls in Troop #1546 planted and decorated these trees just before Christmas to celebrate the holiday. The trees will stay in the pots all year and the girls are excited to change out the decorations depending on the holidays and seasons. The Chamber of Commerce would like to say thank-you to the girls for bringing a hint of love to downtown Odessa!
